How much will it cost to deliver my products?

UK Standard Delivery is £1.99 (2- 7 day delivery time. Normally send via Royal Mail unless it includes hazardous items)

Free delivery for orders over £30

Next Day Delivery: £4.50. Order must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on a Monday.

Please note that we only ever charge per delivery and NOT per item. Delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout.

Non Hazardous UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail and hazardous goods may be sent via DPD.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment no, but we hope to soon introduce EU and International shipping. Please contact us on for more information or register for an account and select ‘register for newsletter’ to be updated as soon as our international shipping is introduced.

All prices displayed on this website are in GBP, if you want to know the price in another currency you will need to convert it using the current day's exchange rate.

How long should I wait for my delivery?

We try our best to get all orders placed on a weekday before 1pm GMT (BST during the summer months) shipped that day. Orders to a UK address are then sent via Royal Mail or DPF depending on size, which can take 1-7 days depending on the courier it is sent with.

Items not received?

Items not received? We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control i.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes etc.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted a card will be left with the carriers contact details for you to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact the carrier, they will attempt to deliver again, on the third attempt your parcel will be returned to us.

Please note: Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail or DPD until it has been missing for 15 working days in the UK, 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. For Special Delivery items, the period is 15 working days and for international items it is 30 working days. If you have not received your ordered items we will endeavour to resend your items one time as a courtesy once the delivery is deemed lost by the courier. The order will be resent as a delivery that will need to be signed for.

Please note we cannot offer refunds for orders deemed lost by the courier. We must receive notification from you within 30 days from the date of your order that your parcel has not arrived. Claims made after this time cannot be upheld.

Refunds or replacements for items damaged or faulty can only be offered when purchased through . Items purchased through a retailer or another website will not replace nor are covered by any guarantee from us. Please contact the retailer directly to discuss any problems you may have.


If you are not delighted with your online iZ Beauty and if you are from the UK please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs. An authorised returns number will need to be clearly marked to the front of the packaging. Items returned with no returns number will be rejected. We hold no responsibility for items returned to us incorrectly without the correct labelling. Please email for a returns number and address.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of order and we will exchange your order for the correct items ordered. Please return your order (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, please email for a returns number and address.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim should your package be lost.

Please note: If you purchased your item at a store, salon, shop or any other organisation separate to then you must adhere to THEIR returns policy.
